RESERVATION DETAILS

 $225.00 per night, on stays of 3 nights or more.
$225.00 per night on 2-night stays, plus $50 cleaning fee. |
3 night minimum stay on reservations 5 weeks or more in advance.
(Please inquire about 2 day bookings. Exceptions are made if there is a 2 day opening between other bookings.) |
| All rates subject to the State of Hawaii Room/House tax of 11.95%. |
Payment:
A 50% deposit holds your reservation (to be received within 10 days of making the reservation). The balance is due 45 days prior to arrival. |
| We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and AmerX; personal checks, cashier's checks, traveler's checks and money orders. |
| Confirmation with directions will be sent upon receipt of payment. |
Cancellation Policy:
Full refund, minus the 10% service charge of the total reservation amount, will be given on any cancellations made 45 days or more prior to arrival.
(Refunds on reservations during Christmas and New Year's holiday, December 15 to January 15, will only be given for the days we are able to rebook, minus a 10% service charge.)
Cancellations made 45 days or more prior to arrival can be rescheduled within 6 months without service charge, except during the above holiday period Dec 15 - Jan 15.
Cancellations within 45 days of arrival will be refunded only for the nights we are able to rebook accommodations, minus the 10% Service Charge.
If departure is earlier than designated checkout date, a refund will be given only for the days we are able to rebook accommodations. |
